Cost below £49:          £5.00

Cost above £49:          Free    

Option 2 - Express

Courier:                       Royal Mail 24

Shipping time:             Next working day if ordered by 5pm GMT+1

Cost:                            £6.00

Option 3 - VIP Express

Courier:                       DHL Express

Shipping time:             Next working day if ordered by 3pm GMT+1

Cost:                            £7.50

*Please note the above are for UK mainland deliveries only. International deliveries may take a little longer.

PO BOX and Military addresses

We do deliver to PO Boxes and Military addresses.

If you're delivering to a place of work, please ensure the company name is provided on the delivery address.

Customs and Duties

Luxury Lingerie Box orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location.

There are no customs and duties in UK and Mainland

Please be aware that Luxury Lingerie Box does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being delivered to. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the package is returned to back to us, we will aim to contact you to discuss re-shipping or refund.

If you opt for the refund, a shipping (depending on the delivery option chosen) and handling fee (of £5.00) could potentially be deducted from your refund. If you received free delivery, a cost of £5.00 will be deducted.

Customs may choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to Luxury Lingerie Box. In this instance, we will not be liable to reship the product back to you or offer a refund.
